- Coke Oven – We have expertise in EPC EIA solutions for both Horizontal and Vertical type Coke oven with Waste heat recovery Boiler (WHRB).

- Steel Melt Shop (SMS) –We have provided solution in terms of Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation including complete plant erection and commissioning. We have executed HMDS(Hot Metal Desulphurisation Station) projects. We have provided solution in Water Circulation system (WCS) for Caster unit as well. We have also done projects in Torpedo Tilting units. We have provided solution in Beneficiation Plant too.
- Cold Roll Mill (CRM) –We have provided solution in terms of Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation including complete unit erection and commissioning. We have executed KR Desulphurisation projects where we have done engineering for Motors and specialised brake units as well
- Hot Strip Mill (HSM) –In this also we have provided solution in terms of Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation including complete unit erection and commissioning. We have executed upgradation project for Torch cutting machines (TCMs-3 units)

We have executed PCI ( Pulverized Coal Injection) unit under MBF. We have provided IA solution in High Line Conveying System with more than 7000 IO’s in Blast Furnace.

Water Domain: Our Expertise and Experience
In the water segment, AIPS has been working with STPs/WTPs/RO Plants/Water Pumping Stations and city water supply projects.
we have capability to design the entire plant STPs/WTPs/RO Plants under EPC-EIA package. We have executed multiple projects in different part of India. Along with our other BU’s w have done few major projects also in places line Bahrain/Dubai.
Other than the process plants, AIPS has a good experience working Dam Gate control systems. We have multiple references of successful execution of Dam Gate controls system in India and Bhutan. We have developed our own algorithm for the automatic gate control system for a large dam.
